About Us

 Sania Kaoud, the Founder and President of MTM decided to take the next step in her the inevitable journey to launch her own tile and marble installation company. With the last 20 years’ experience both in Detroit and Las Vegas, she has taken that knowledge and success to form Motown Tile and Marble, MTM as her friends and colleagues know it.

As a Detroit native, she knew now was the time and Detroit was the place. With a great desire to help to rebuild the skyline of Detroit, one of the greatest come back cities in history. MTM was born to leave its mark by working to create new landmarks and bringing the historic back to life

Over the past 20 plus years Sania has worked on projects ranging from $30k to $9.5m, from Palatial Family homes to 50 story plus high-rise hotels. She’s been there and is aiming to do it all again.  When we say Sania has “worked on projects” we mean more than just “in the trailer” or at “the office”. She’s got “hands on experience” in the field!
 

This experience working on site has helped her in forming her vision and understanding of what she wants MTM to be. Even more so, she has first-hand knowledge of what it takes on a day-to-day perspective to make it happen.
